Compact 2-Pocket Wallet Kit

A wallet kit that is completed by folding over one piece of leather, with minimal sewing and fitting of hardware required.

1.

Cut the leather for the item, assuming finished dimensions of about 9.5 cm x 7.5 cm.
Here we use the LeatherCraftTools.com kit "Compact 2-Pocket Wallet Kit".

Finish the flesh side of the leather, and the edge of the leather except for the laminated area.

Using Spring Snap Setter, attach the male part of?spring snap fasteners to the main part of the leather.

Roughen the surface to be glued with an abrasive stick or the like.

Apply bond to one side of the gluing surface, bend the leather, and carefully paste it together so that the edges are aligned.

Use a clip or Hand Crimper Wide to crimp securely.

10.

Finish the edge of the leather glued together.

Sew the part that has been glued together.
This sample was sewn using VINYMO <MBT> Polyester Machine Thread (thickness: # 5, color: 171).

Stack the partitions on top of each other, poke holes in them with a stitching chisel, etc., and pinch them together by hand sewing.

Using Spring Snap Setter, attach the female part of spring snap fasteners?to the flap part.

Make sure the snap fastener is securely fastened, and finish shaping.
