Folding Coin Purse

No need to stitch! Just fasten the coin purse with leather fastener snaps. Since it's so easy to make, it would be nice if you could add some variations of different colors and patterns to this small purse.

First, treat the backside of the leather with backside finishing agent.

Next, treat the leather edge with edge coat.

Let the applied agent completely dry.

Make sure to paint, stamp or do other things to the leather before folding it up .

Fold one side of the leather and attach a metal snap using an anvil and a setter. Don't attach it completely since you may have to adjust it later. Control your force and little by little hit the head of the snap.

Fold the other side of the leather, and attach the other snap. As in Step 5, hit it little by little.

Once you have finalized the placement of the snaps and have straightened the shape of the purse, it's done. Now you may enjoy attaching the Swarovski crystals and metal ornaments such as conchos also!!
