Flap Pen Case

Single pen case.
Easy to make simply by glueing the parts togeter and sewing without using any metal parts.

1.

Preparation of the parts (main body x 2, loop x 1).
We used ready-made kit of Flap Pen Case kit.

Apply edge finish to edges of each part.

3.

Complete the edges of loop and opening (pen insert) of the main body.

Damage bonding parts of the main body and its front leather (parts to apply leather bond) by using file.

Glue the main body leather and its front part leather together with leather bond.

6.
-
Glue the loop leather on section about 3.5 centimeters from the opening.

7.
-
Finish the edge.

8.
-
Sew around the mainbody.
This sample was sewn using VINYMO <MBT> Polyester Machine Thread (thickness: # 5, color: 171).

Fix the overall shape to finish.
