Prepare necessary materials.

Finish the flesh side (reverse side of leather) and edge (cross section of leather) with edge finish.

Bend the gusset as shown in the picture.

First, fold the entire gusset inward and shape it firmly.

Next, fold the center of the gusset together with the main body inward and shape it firmly.

Then open it up, and fold the gussets alternately into “mountain folds" and "valley folds”.

Adjust the shape and fold it firmly.

Then again open it up, and attach the Spring Snap Fastener to the body.

Fold the gusset again.
Fold the flap, snap the fastener, and complete the overall shape.

Complete.

If you put in a divider, you can keep cards and bills separately.
All you have to do is insert the leather for the partition, tack it with the gussets and fasten the left and right edges with rivets or stitching.
